FELLOWSHIP FOUNDATION SPONSORS MARGATE’S D.A.R.E. PROGRAM FOR THIRD YEAR

FELLOWSHIP FOUNDATION SPONSORS MARGATE’S D.A.R.E. PROGRAM FOR THIRD YEAR

Fellowship Foundation Recovery Community Organization, a non-profit group aimed at educating families on drug and alcohol abuse, endowed Margate D.A.R.E with $5,600 in materials for the program’s 2015-16 school year. Fellowship Foundation President, Rick Riccardi, was on hand to present Police Chief Dana Watson with the donation.   The relationship between the Foundation and schools is ongoing. This is the third year running that the organization has covered costs for D.A.R.E. supplies, enabling fifth graders at Margate’s public elementary schools to participate in the 10-week program, which is mentored by School Resource Officers.
