Fellowship Foundation Peer-Based Services Research has shown that recovery is encouraged by social support. Fellowship Foundation’s peer-based recovery support services are designed to channel the expertise of those with like lived experience. Our services include emotional, informational, instrumental, and affiliational support in the areas of health, home, purpose, and community.
Recovery Resource Help Desk
The Recovery Resource “Help Desk” is a peer-operated call-in service aimed at providing those individuals in or seeking recovery, family, and friends with detailed information regarding the extensive recovery-related resources available in and around Broward County.
Certified Peer Recovery Coaching Program
Our certified Peer Recovery Coaches volunteer their services to those in or seeking recovery through an intensive, non-clinical, one-on-one partnership. Our coaches aim to aid each coachee remove personal and environmental barriers to recovery and to assist in identifying and building upon a coachee’s recovery capital.
Recovery Capital REC-CAP Program
The REC-CAP utilizes a comprehensive set of recovery assessment tools (Commitment to Recovery, Recovery Barriers, Unmet Service Needs, Recovery Group Involvement, Meaningful Activities, etc) to create a clear and accurate picture of exactly where the client is at. The results of the assessment generate a visual report that the program then uses, in conjunction with a trained Peer Navigator associated with the program, to develop a framework of Recovery Goals that create a finite and concrete pathway to successful, long-term recovery.
FARR Certified Housing Referral Program
Fellowship Foundation RCO partners with the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) to provide all clients with the most up-to-date information on FARR certified recovery residence options. Our staff strives to match clients with the most suitable certified residence based on their individual needs.
